Caterpillar Matching Gifts Program
Caterpillar Foundation offers a year-round Matching Gifts Program to support employees and U.S. retirees in their contributions to worthy causes. Caterpillar participants may request a match to tax-deductible charities.
Caterpillar Volunteer Service Match
Caterpillar Foundation’s Volunteer Service Match Program supports Caterpillar employees and Board members in their volunteer service to worthy causes. A Caterpillar participant may request a grant for every 10 hours he or she volunteers with an eligible charity and records the hours.

Caterpillar has supported the United Way for more than 60 years. Investing in our community, improving lives, and creating a better future are our common goals. The Caterpillar Foundation is proud to match employee and retiree contributions submitted during our annual United Way campaign dollar-for-dollar with no cap.
Caterpillar American Red Cross Disaster Relief
Individual Caterpillar employee, retiree and dealer employee contributions made via personal credit or debit card are eligible for matching. This fund allows the Red Cross to respond immediately to the needs of individuals and families impacted by disasters around the world.
